Smart Products.Tech ships nationwide within South Africa using The Courier Guy and selected logistics partners.

In-Stock Items

Products that are in stock are generally dispatched within 1 business day after payment confirmation.

Supplier Stock Items

Products sourced directly from suppliers are generally dispatched within 3 business days unless otherwise communicated to the customer.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Customer location
  • Courier operations
  • Public holidays
  • Weather or regional disruptions

Tracking details will be provided where available.

 

Installation Services

Installation services are generally:

  • Scheduled within 2 business days after confirmation
  • Completed within 10 working days

Where delays, access limitations, supplier constraints, or scheduling conflicts occur, alternative arrangements will be communicated directly with the customer.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate delivery details
  • Ensuring site access for installations
  • Providing stable power and internet connectivity where required
  • Ensuring required permissions or approvals are obtained from owners and other role players before installation

 

Failed Deliveries or Missed Appointments

Additional charges may apply where:

  • Incorrect delivery information is supplied (Courier fee)
  • Customers are unavailable for scheduled appointments (R350 per missed appointment)
  • Access to the premises is denied or unavailable (R350 or part thereof)
  • Rescheduling is required due to customer-related delays (R350 or part thereof)
