Refund Policy
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be approved under the following circumstances:
- Products returned within the eligible return period
- Confirmed defective products that cannot reasonably be repaired or replaced
- Orders cancelled before shipment
- Incorrectly supplied items
Refund Process
Once a returned item has been received and inspected, customers will be notified regarding approval or rejection of the refund request. Note that defective products may be replaced.
Approved refunds are generally processed via EFT within 10 business days from receiving confirmation of the customer’s banking details.
Partial Refunds
At the sole discretion of Smart Products.Tech, partial refunds may apply where:
- Products are returned incomplete
- Packaging or accessories are missing
- Products show signs of use
- Damage occurred after delivery
Non-Refundable Services
Completed installation, setup, or configuration services are generally non-refundable once work has been performed, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws or where service delivery was materially defective.
